About this Custom Size Wire Frame Fan Coil Filter
Custom Size Wire Frame Fan Coil Filters are an ideal product for prevention of dust and dirt buildup in air conditioning, fan coil units, electrical cabinets, refrigeration coils and much more. A lightweight and robust filter, constructed with a 3mm diameter mild steel frame with non-woven synthetic media sewn over. A durable, cost-effective and low-pressure drop filtration product, ideal for use across many industries and sectors such as residential housing, student accommodation, office buildings, shops, supermarkets and more.
We produce custom-size wire frame fan coil filters to meet nearly any customer requirement. Available in bespoke dimensions, perfect for retrofit applications and non-standard filter housings. We can manufacture them with hinges for tight spaces and pull tabs for easier removal and replacement. We install cross members every 300mm on the clean air side. This increases the filter strength and stops the media from bowing.
The filtration grades available range from Coarse G2 through to Medium efficiency M5. This is equivalent to ISO Coarse >40% to ePM10 ≥50%. You can read more about filtration grades and their differences here.

Note for customers shipping to residential addresses: We ship wire frame filters over 1m with a fold-flat hinge to reduce package size. Please contact us before ordering if you require them without the hinge. Restrictions do not apply to customers with commercial delivery addresses.

We charge a flat rate delivery charge, excluding certain items such as our MVHR filters which include free shipping. MVHR filters are sent via Royal Mail 24, all other orders are sent via couriers such as DPD, ParcelForce, FedEx or DX. Orders will be shipped as one consignment, sent with the slowest lead time item.
Media rolls measuring 2m or more will incur an additional fee if the receiver address is residential.
