About this Metal Cased VP4 Energy Saving Pleated Panel Filter G4
The VP4 Metal Cased Energy Saving Panel Filter is a low energy, longer life and robust alternate to a standard G4 pleated panel filter. The high-lofted media decreases air resistance and increases dust holding capacity, extending the service life of the filter. They feature omni directional airflow, as the media is laminated with galvanised steel mesh on both sides. The G4 Pleated Metal Cased Energy Saving Panel Filters is ideal for use as HVAC pre filtration or medium efficiency final filtration in offices, retail space, educational facilities and non-surgical medical facilities. They offer a long term, low cost filtration solution, saving expensive labour hours due to their lower change frequency.
The expected life-span of the VP4 Metal Cased Energy Saving Panel Filter varies from application to application, but is expected to be in the 6-12 month range for most industrial and commercial applications. Applications with low levels of dust or low air volumes should expect these filters to last 12+ months between changes. Available in a range of standard sizes, as well as any custom size, they are designed for quick and easy installation to minimise system downtime. The case is constructed of galvanised steel with rolled edges, to increase safety and strength. They are a robust and durable filter, which will withstand turbulent airflow in demanding systems.
